Have to agree on the customer service issues indicated below. It is spotty, some days its really good, and some days not there. Not dependent on the # of folks all the time either. When its good, its really good.Even when I was a member, I would go to Superior or order from Defender Ammunition in NC: even with shipping, it was cheaper. I did buy a few times from there when I sort of had too, but otherwise, the other places are cheaper: buy there, just down the street or at Lynnhaven.Being a member helps but a premier membership, after taking all the classes, just wasn't worth it. Even 4 months into the membership, I was talking with others about going to Superior once mine ran out. Yes, everything is really nice there, but for the prices, I'm not the only one who said we will not come back once the membership runs out. The fire they had part way thru the membership, and mgmt never addressing that those of us who paid quite a bit for 50% off classes and then no classes for months, would get an extension on that membership, that's probably something folks need to know about. You lose a huge benefit there if you take classes and seeing that no refund or extension on membership would happen, solidified my choice to move on to a place about 4x cheaper.I also had an issue that was never addressed, with constant trying to get someone in the store to address it. I had someone move my stuff and put their stuff on mine in one of the classes and refused to move, told me wait. I couldn't get the teachers' attentions (absolutely no reflection on them, great guys, very busy and had another class after) to get it resolved right then and wasn't going to make a scene in front of the class. When something like that happens and mgmt doesn't respond, well that's not a good thing.The teachers are pretty good, helpful. I'm giving it a higher rating because of that. They do have other free classes now and then. Those are good.When I wanted to try out a particular firearm, they did have the popular models of a few brands but otherwise that was it

My opinion, Jim Wilkinson and his wife, Cynthia Ivaniszek, should be investigated for misuse of covid funds, investigated by ATF for fraudulent paperwork from sale of weapons and investigated by IRS for fraudulent financial docs. In addition, people should boycott WILKINSON for putting out defective weapons and lying to customers! Had to beg for my money back because the weapons were defective and I was constantly lied to. It took me 2 years get my money for the weapons back! Cannot be trusted! BEWARE!!! Everyone I know are very upset that they purchased such horrible and defective weapons from WILKINSON TACTICAL!! If you do good research you will find out why you should avoid this company at all costs! Talk with local people in Laramie, they know the truth about this horrible company and what they have done to their employees and to others in the community, such as not paying for services rendered from local businesses. Local people in Laramie are now avoiding WILKINSON TACTICAL!

I visited this establishment today for qualification by a N.R.A certified instructor for business, and my experience was great. Shawn helped me perfect my aim and pointed out a couple things on safety. Test was not easy obviously for a reason to see who qualifies, but it was also fun. Will definitely be back for some fun on the range. Highly recommend A+ .

I thought I would try this company only because the prices were competitive and they had a free shipping deal. I wish I had paid attention to all those negative reviews. I would give them zero stars if I could because of the lies and awful/horrendous customer support along with shady practices make this a place to avoid. I was willing to wait the 30 days for shipment they claim is necessary but we are now over 40 days and the lies continue. They are also guilty of stolen Christian valor saying how they are a Christian family company and that their number one priority is glorifying god. That is the biggest load of crap of all. Been treated more better by devil worshipers. DO SOME RESEARCH ON DACK OUTDOORS BEFORE YOU BUY. Otherwise, you will be just like me, disappointed, frustrated, feeling cheated, and still waiting for your order to be shipped. I guarantee you will be happier and be taken much better care of doing business elsewhere.

For Handgun shooters this is the only range in the area to consider. Why? I dropped my membership at the Middle River area range because on several occasions they rented Assault Rifles to novices, giving less than an hour "safety training" then took novice to range, fired a clip or two and then left the novices to shoot up my target 7 lanes away! Worst was when the novices starting taking Selfies with a fully loaded Assault Rifle as if it was a prop a on Rap Music Video! The Middle River range does have many serious Assault Rifle owners exercising safety and prudence, no issue with them, good folks. I will not take my family and friends to that range again. I do highly recommend the CONTINENTAL ARMS Range. Both ranges have wonderful range lanes but CONTINENTAL is a better range for me as I can concentrate on my target without fear of stepping out of my safe zone on the range.
