Steve (the owner) is very friendly and helpful. His shipping is fast and prices are better than even most of the larger gun stores. What more could you want from a local gun shop than fast shipping, good prices and veteran owned and operated? Highly recommend for purchasing and transfers!

I like this place a lot, they are very helpful and know what they’re talking about. As the gun stores often experience the old guy that comes in just to visit. They still try to help you. I’ve noticed if their conversation with another costumer drags 2 long they’re very good at giving them a few options to look at and mention “please hold on and look at these for a moment, as I will help this other costumer. I’ve been using them for FFL transfers and the guns on their shelves are well priced in my opinion. Sometimes you can find better deals but how do you support local doing that. Their ammo is not very over priced. Bulk buying is always cheaper but they have very good selection. I especially appreciate if I’m just minding my own business and browsing they only ask to help 2-3 times. Vs following you around or continuously checking you. They feel the “vibe” so to speak. If you’re there to talk they will visit you too. It’s wonderful in my opinion.

I've made two separate major purchases from Dack Outdoors, and have nothing but good to say about them. They quickly and accurately filled my orders, and they have an excellent notification system to let you know when items you're interested in are back in stock. They are fast, friendly, and honest!

BUYER BEWARE /This business is TROUBLE...I will not go into the horrible stories here but PLEASE do your research on them...it can be ...and has been ...an absolute nightmare for buyers online....you can start with the BBB research them on Trapshooters....you will see that you need to run...not walk from this business if you deal with them online

Knocked it out of the park, Bob. They had the only version in teh country of something I was looking for. I talked with Bob twice over the phone a a bit via e-mail to ask some clarifying questions. He answered everything, was incredibly polite and helpful, gave me a fair price, and sent it quickly. The item was picked up at my FFL today and is new/perfect/complete. And no man has better penmanship! Highly recommend Keel and I hope to do business again.

So my first orders went well, My second order wasn't in stock but they BO'd it and at least kept me updated. It took a long time to come in. My second order, cancelled after I initiated a "Hey, where's my item" support. Only explanation was that stock was off. My fourth order, yep, cancelled after their 30 day policy, out of stock was the excuse. I am done with DACKS and will FOREVER recommend that you locate your product elsewhere if you want it. This is the problem with a dropship company.

If you have ever been to Delmarva Law Enforcement Supply in Dagsboro, Delaware, then you have more than likely also been unfortunate enough to meet the owner/primary store worker. This mentally unstable, grumpy, unpleasant, rude, demeaning, perpetually angry, outwardly racist, and ticking time bomb of a failed police officer walks around his store with a loaded gun on his hip, which is his right as an American, though I doubt any sane individual would grant this man a carry permit after seeing the way he conducts himself in his store for even just a day. I have known multiple people who have left this store abruptly due to feeling threatened by the explosive rage issues displayed by its owner. I have yet to speak with someone who isn't a wealthy 50+ year-old white male coming in to spend at least $500 that has had a positive experience. Also, his items are CONSISTENTLY available online for 1/2 of the price he charges in his store if you order them from any one of several websites.
