I had correspondence with Chad Howarth to arrange my forwarding of once-fired brass for reloading back in December of 2022. I was hesitant at first because I was aware of some negative reviews of his product and services. I also discovered he was banned from doing any business via the Sniper's Hide website due to many complaints about his poor service and questionable product quality. My experience is that as of July 2023, Chad refuses to respond to emails and refuses to return the brass cases I forwarded. Learning a lesson the hard way, I would never trust this guy with any business transaction.
